Mangia Monday at hotspot B.For on the island of Ibiza

The food of the Mediterranean is similar whether you are in Italy, Spain or Greece.  Each nation infuses fish and meat dishes with its own ingredients to make it uniquely flavorful.  So, how does Asian fusion and sushi make it in the land of paella?  Sister Wanderlust Women, Andi Perullo, of My Beautiful Adventures, says the new restaurant B.For has sushi to die for, “it was the best meal of my life,” she proclaims.

Nutella decadence at Ibiza's B.For

Starters included crispy edamame and the main course was nearly one of everything from fish rolls to veggie rolls.  Yes they are ridiculously overpriced at nearly $13 per roll, yes, per roll.  But they are said to be worth their wait in gold.  Good thing then because you’re paying with your last nugget.  Solo travelers can feel easy dining at the bar and the female bartender is friendly and welcomes everyone.  Keep in mind that this is Ibiza and NO ONE eats before 10p.  That might be part of the reason they are dancing till dawn next door at Pacha.

Andi dined on the decadent Nutella and Banana Maki for dessert, which is heavenly.  Just saying that out loud makes me want one and simultaneously generates 1500 calories just thinking about it.

Just visit B.For’s website because the music is so nice to listen to while you’re writing…….and then jump right over to Pacha to kickstart vacation mode.  It almost makes you feel like you’re on Ibiza right now.  You might as well plan ahead because reservations for B.For are booked months in advance.
