It’s been awhile since I’ve done a Saturday Splurge and with spring around the corner, my mind can’t help but wander to the Amalfi Coast. It’s like my “true north” these days. For anyone who’s ever been to this southern region, you will understand; and for those of you who have yet to visit paradise on Earth, what are you waiting for?
Hotel Caruso sits atop one of the highest, if not the highest, points along Costiera Amalfitana in the wonderful village of Ravello. The infinity pool looks as though you can swim to the edge of heaven and this five-star resort offers complimentary boat excursions to all of its guests…….or you can always board a helicopter for a magical flight.
I know if I could afford a stay in a deluxe suite, I would not want to get out of bed……….even if I was alone. Just look at this view.

As with most hotels featured here on Saturday Splurge………if you have to ask, then you can’t afford it; however, women with wanderlust are dreamers, right? Volere e potere! Sogni d’oro!
“If you have to ask you can’t afford it,” Ha, sad, but true. It would nice to wake up there, but I’d bet waking up anywhere on the Amalfi Coast wouldn’t be bad.

Sigh… that suite is indeed heavenly! I think the Caruso is one of the top splurges on the Amalfi Coast. What a view!
