Spring Lake is home to the Spring Lake 5 Mile Run, a race that circles the town beginning and ending at the beach front. It has more than 7,000 participants annually.

Short and to the point! I was probably never going to visit Spring Lake but at least now if I ever am invited there I know what to expect. I like a holiday where I’m not expected to do much to be honest but I would prefer to be somewhere where there is a choice of things for me to do if I want to.
